heh heh. Nipple. heh heh

May 25 2006

A certain commenter on one of my recent posts took issue with my mentioning nipples. And then I noticed how much this header kind of resembled a boob. A boob of someone who’s breasts have not started to sag, who is lying on her back. Maybe it’s just me.

Oh, and while you’re up?  Could you grab me a beer?  Please?

No, it’s definitely not just you. It’s the first thing that I thought of when I saw it, and I laughed.

  • …and it wasn’t the nipple, it was the rusty pliers that you were using to rip it off. I say again: Ewwwwww.

Now that you mention it.. that’s downright subliminal.

It’ll attract more readers to your blog. They’ll subconsciously want to see the lovely, sloping nipple at the top. hehe

Yep, booblicious header. Of course, the word “nipple” will get your stats up, too. Got here via BlogMad.

Love your new look here, Viki, and YES, your graphic is very nipple-like and quite arousing and now I can’t stop thinking about it. Of course, nipples are great for bringing traffic to your blog and you should not be ashamed to make more use of that simple scientific fact.

Okay, so I’ve definitely got to stick with this nipple thing. Look at all the comments I’ve received, and some from new, never-before-heard-from readers! (Thank you for stopping, but I really want to believe it was my fantastic writing that made you stop, and not the nipple above the words.)

  • It does look like a boob! A post about a boob header, what a way to get comments! LOL

I used to work with a “paragon of virtue” who got upset when I said “nipple”…Naturally, I had to lecture her on the widespread prevalence of nipples among mammals and people.
